It
started as a joke, but it seems we struck a chord somewhere…. We had
just completed the new `ANDWHYNOT` refurbishment, stylish great
modernist lines and we were very pleased with the result, but I felt it
needed a subversive element, so I sneaked in a `SLIPNOT` style gnome, it
got took down, it got put back up, it got took down, it got held to
ransom, it got free… it resides there to this day…. love them or hate
them they make great talking points, we will be producing a series of
limited edition of signed & stamped Gnomes for Christmas 2005.
