I first designed this bar in 1999, then updated it in 2004, then again in 2015 & 2018..It's currently on the computer being upgraded for it's next incarnation.

This establishment has to put on many hats, so has to be flexible in it's identity, hopefully without the expence of becoming bland. I think the test of time has proved that we have got it pretty much nailed, it can quite easily transform from day to nightime trade, from a busy bar with a great atmosphere to a serene resturant with a sublime walled garden.
